Download a file
Once logged into ClaimAssistant, click
My Sessions
or
Control Panel
.
Click
Details/View Details
under the Action column.
Under
Session Status
, click the
Manage Files
tab.
Under the
Manage Files
tab, choose the tab for file being downloaded (i.e.
Photos
for .jpg;
Audio
, for .wmv;
Documents
for .doc or .pdf).
If you are having trouble locating the file, try the
Other
tab (which will contain .txt files and others).
Select
Get File
, then
Save
to download.
