Download a file

  1. Once logged into ClaimAssistant, click My Sessions or Control Panel.
  2. Click Details/View Details under the Action column.
  3. Under Session Status, click the Manage Files tab.
  4. Under the Manage Files tab, choose the tab for file being downloaded (i.e. Photos for .jpg; Audio, for .wmv; Documents for .doc or .pdf).
  5. If you are having trouble locating the file, try the Other tab (which will contain .txt files and others).
  6. Select Get File, then Save to download.
